Desired Skills and experience:-
- Setup and maintain operations procedures and monitor the execution
- · Lead a team of engineers to provide support to datacenter customers on all ongoing activities
- · Manage the roster schedule to provide 7×24 customer support
- · Providing 2nd tier support to structure cabling, networking, customer service issue
- · Have regular review meeting with key customers to ensure high level of customer satisfaction
- · Work closely with implementation and facility teams for all ongoing activities
- · Handle internal and customer audits
- · Archive ISO27001 certificate will be a plus
- · Validate internal and customer reports
- · Follow the internal information security policy and execute all related procedures
- · Familiar with BCP requirement, including PBX, voice recording, trading phone systems
- · Excellent Communication Skill
- · Able to handle stress under pressure, Accountable and able to work independently
