Desired Skills and experience :-

  • Support the customer during his initial installation or during operational phase(remote hands, cross-connects,advising), inside the data center or at Remote site
  • Support applications and services in the catalog, such as Network Attached Storage,tape backup management and others.
  • Facilitate the work of customers’ vendors, such as carriers, inside the data center.
  • Maintain the data center infrastructure cabling, in answer to the company internal needs or for customer deployment.
  • Operate/administrate/monitor the equipment in the data center, including network, in association to other team members and the regional technical support group.
  • Manage projects in relation customer installs or for evolution of the data center infrastructure and systems.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure that all installations are done within the schedule and the quality tandards of the company.
  • Ensure the services delivered meet the SLA parameters and document the statistics and metrics for good administration.
  • Maintain good rapport with the customers and support them in areas such as installation & configuration, troubleshooting and remote hands.
  • Address in good time all issues and escalate them to the proper channels when necessary.
